I think this is the way I want to do weight loss. This product contains a fat blocker, appetite suppresant, and energy boost, but none of the three in unsafe levels.
I spoke to them at lenght on the phone and they kept saying it would not work by itself, but needed to complement exercise and diet changes. I have made some adjustments, and this product has helped me lose weight.
